CONDITIONS OF BOOKING ATLANTIC COAST CARAVANS

1. We are happy to accept telephone bookings, these are held for 3 days and your deposit secures your reservation.
2. A deposit of £50 per week secures reservations. We will gladly refund this if the accommodation is unavailable. Otherwise, deposits are not refundable.
3. All occupants must be listed on the booking form and must not exceed the maximum berth as quoted.
4. A cleaning deposit cheque for £20 is due with payment of your final balance. This should be a separate cheque and this cheque will be returned to you by second class post if, the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition as when taking up occupancy.
5. Caravan keys to be returned to Reception on the morning of departure.
6. Atlantic Coat Caravans are intended for family holidays, we do not accept bookings from all male or all female groups.
7. Pets are not allowed in any caravan.
8. Any damage or breakage’s during the occupancy are the responsibility of the person making the Booking.
9. If you have to cancel all or part of your holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited, provided you have cancelled in writing by recorded delivery, at least 30 days prior to your holiday start date. After this time, you remain liable for the full balance due. We therefore recommend holiday cancellation insurance.
10. If you do not advise in writing that you will be arriving later than 12 noon on the day following your holiday start date, we will treat your reservation as cancelled.
11. We reserve the right to terminate a booking at our discretion.
12. We are relieved of any liability, if any caravan is not available, due to circumstances beyond our control. In these circumstances, a full refund will be given.
13. We are relieved of any liability for any loss, damage or personal injury whilst any member of your group are on the Caravan Park.
14. Bookings are strictly, NON TRANSFERABLE.
